This fusion yoga class will keep you on your toes! (figuratively... literally? maybe!)
I will keep the format similar to the past, with a mix of hatha and kundalini styles of yoga. 
Meditation and/or sound healing (crystal bowls and other instruments) are included.

Beginners welcome. 


We will be using a secure website app called Jitsi Meetings - just like Zoom.

You do not need to download the app for it to work. All you need is a browser with working camera and microphone.  Very convenient!

RECOMMENDED:  2 yoga blocks, a yoga mat & support for knees (towel will do), layers.

**Please arrive 10-15 minutes early**
