As a medical intuitive, I scan your energy field and internal anatomy for any imbalances and blockages - mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. I give you the tools and facilitate a safe space for you to come to new realizations about how you can improve your health and well being. This means you have an opportunity to identify the root causes of your imbalances, just by tapping into key events and emotions that are leading to your current condition.
As a yoga teacher, I design each class and workshop to give you the space and time for self awareness, healing and letting go of what does not serve. No matter what the theme or style of yoga, you always have a chance to get closer to who you are. And, of course, we have lots of fun in the process!
I've never taken yoga classes and this was my first venture into Kundalini yoga. I look forward to Hari Inder’s classes all week, given her knowledge and passion for this yoga. She greets us with a warm smile, gentle disposition and is always considerate of her students. I suffer from neck and back issues, but I participate at my own pace and have noticed that I’ve regained some flexibility. In the last few years, I’ve noticed that my sleep patterns have been misbehaving, however, since starting yoga, most nights I have uninterrupted sleep. Her classes serve to replenish my physical energy and my sense of hope and joy in my life. If you’ve never taken yoga, this will be a pleasant and welcome surprise for you.
Hari Inder recently offered a learning event where she provided fulsome information on detoxification. I realize that I must make some lifestyle choices to truly benefit from the process. I’ll take small steps such as seeking out organic produce, trying some recipes and avoiding certain foods. It’s all a journey!”

I recommend trying the Reiki sessions with Dr. Elvira. She is wonderful. I have had 4 sessions with her and each time I feel something shift within me. I've been taking Elvira's yoga classes for 2 years. She is one of my favorite yoga teachers. I continue to come back to her classes because she is genuine, creates a positive environment for her students, teaches them to respect their individual abilities and yet is not afraid to challenge them to work through blocks to progress in their practice. Her classes are a great mix of the various styles of yoga she offers and she is always open to her students' feedback. She's amazing!
