Healings and Readings:

My purpose is to help you realize your capacity for healing and become the most optimal version of yourself. Consider this like a team effort – the guidance from Source/Creator is part of all sessions we have together, whether it is an audio recording, video call or written report, whether it is for you, or your animal companion – I trust what is received, the Truth and Healing from Source.
As a medical intuitive, I scan your body – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies – and receive a variety of images, thoughts, feelings, numbers – to determine root cause of dis-ease.
Healing involves digging into the energy blockages, understanding the initial traumas, releasing unconscious programs, and integrating modalities like Theta Healing, Body Talk, Hypnosis, and my own self taught healing abilities that will appear in the moment as energetic releases and channeled words that bring you to a deeper connection to your True Self.
While this is all happening, I may also have intuitive insights into herbal and homeopathic medicine as well as diet and lifestyle modifications which can be offered as recommendations to further support your healing.

Telepathic Animal Communication:

For your animal companions, both alive and transitioned, a similar process happens whereby I connect to their energy field and allow a variety of images, thoughts, feelings and numbers to come through. You will gain a deeper understanding of their purpose in your life, needs or wants, and important messages. When they are in spirit, you will gain a deeper understanding of their life with you and how they are continuing to connect to you and support you.
I also provide healing for your beloved animals! This is an intuitively guided session, and many times, the animal leads the way and tells me how they want to receive the healing. But guess what? The healing ends up being for their human as well, because of how deeply connected they are to you.
My journey to becoming a professional animal communicator began in February 2023 when my beloved cat Nico transitioned. I already always had a deep connection to nature, spoke to animals and plants for many years, and suddenly felt I needed to offer this service to those who wanted to connect more deeply to their animal friends. This also supported my own healing journey.
My training as a Naturopathic Doctor combined with Body Talk, Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing, and Reiki has helped me connect to my own innate intuitive abilities over the last 15 years to provide a very holistic approach for all my clients and their animal companions.
 
Yoga:

Just like our sessions, yoga classes are also intuitively created for the purpose of healing. Many times, classes are channeled to match the vibration of the group energy, and movements are brought through moment by moment, in combination with any plans of structure that were intuitively chosen before the class. Classes include sound healing (Gong, drums, crystal bowls, native flute), crystals, dancing, chanting, and deep relaxation.

My journey has taught me to remain true to myself, my divine gifts, and to help people in a genuine and loving way.
