How to do it: Sit in easy, cross legged pose with the spine straight and chin tucked back. Bring the arms up at a sixty degree angle with the floor. Curl the fingers towards the pads of the palms and extend the thumbs straight away from the fingers.
Do Breath of Fire*
Eyes are closed and locked between the eyebrows - the 3rd eye.
Time: 3 minutes
To end:Inhale, suspend the breath in and bring the arms up until the thumbs touch above your head. Then exhale, open the hands and bring the arms down as if you are swiping the aura of all negativity, tension, and worries.
*How to do breath of fire: Breathe in and out through the nose. Pull the abdomen in towards the diaphragm during the exhalation and out during inhalation. Create a pumping motion with the diaphragm, making sure the length of the inhale is equal to the length of the exhale. This is very fast, as fast as 2 or 3 times per second, and also very loud. The people next to you should be able to hear you. When perfected, the rate should be 120 to 180 times per minute!!
