1. Yoga & Healing Community ($35/month CAD)
  • 8 Intuitively Guided Yoga Classes a month (20-45 min)* 
  • Once a month: Opportunity for additional Q&A/Channeled messages - post your questions (personal or universal), I will answer them by channeling the information. 3 people will be chosen for an individual mini-reading. 
  • 1 Live Intuitive Channeled Message from Spirit/Beings of Light 
  • 1 Live Intuitive Healing/ Body Talk session for the group energy/matrix 
  • 2 Live Meditations (guided, channeled, yoga nidra, chanting, breath, or sound healing)
  • Instant access to all previous live videos

*What do yoga classes consist of?
Hatha/vinyasa, Kundalini yoga, Savasana, Chanting Meditation.
This is the traditional "Elvira mix"! The variety of exercises will be channeled as needed for the group energy. 
Clear out blockages, move that energy, have fun!
All levels welcome! Modifications are always given.


2. No Yoga Option: Meditation & Intuitive Healing ($12/month CAD)
  • 1 Live Intuitive Channeled Message from Spirit/Beings of Light 
  • 1 Live Intuitive Healing/ Body Talk session for the group energy/matrix 
  • 2 Live Meditations (guided, channeled, yoga nidra, chanting, breath, or sound healing) 
  • Instant access to all previous live videos​
