Smokey quartz aids in focusing thoughts and emotions, accepting challenges and responsibilities, protecting from negative energy, insomnia, nightmares, and hyperactivity. It is very grounding and calming, and provides a link between the earth (grounding) and higher self. Physically it helps problems with kidneys, abdomen, pancreas, reproductive organs, and adrenal glands.
