  • ​Body Talk is a consciousness-based health care system using Quantum Physics. It is a form of Energy Medicine. 
  • It helps synchronize the body’s natural functions and facilitate the body's natural ability to heal.
  • The goal is to achieve and maintain healing and growth on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
  • Muscle testing is used reveal a formula defining the health priorities to be addressed.
  • Tapping specific areas of the body (head, heart and gut "brains") is a crucial part of the balancing process while the client breathes deeply. 
  • Communication is restored between various systems of the mind and body. This brings the body into a state of healing. ​
  • Animal Healing - this works for animals as well!​
  • Each session runs approximately 60 min.
  • Body talk is usually incorporated into a full session to assist the healing and unraveling of blockages, and can sometimes be the main modality used for the entire session.
